Navpoint AI provides AI-powered voice agent services for businesses, including but not limited to automated call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, SMS follow-up, and lead notification. Our services are designed to help businesses manage inbound calls and capture leads.
Our services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable monthly fees as outlined at the time of your enrollment.

Navpoint AI operates an SMS messaging program on behalf of home service businesses. When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages — whether through a phone call with our AI voice agent, a web form, or other opt-in method — you may receive the following types of messages:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service requests. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received a message. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation SMS that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you are a business subscribing to our SMS services on behalf of your customers, you agree to:
All content, software, technology, and materials associated with Navpoint AI's services are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our services without our written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navpoint AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navpoint AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or subscribe to our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our business, our clients, or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
